Old Town Cottages West is a ten unit pocket neighborhood tucked into the heart of Old Town Homer. A pocket neighborhood is a planned development of small homes around a common area that promotes a close knit community feel.

The cottages will be individually owned with common ownership of community elements such as the storage building, parking area, walking paths, etc. Cost relating to maintenance and upkeep of the common areas will be shared equally among all cottage owners.

The cottages will include city water/sewer, natural gas, and quality features such as radiant in-floor heat, all wood cabinets, solid surface countertops, dutch door entry, Jotul natural gas fireplace, and more.
