#6 Erin
The Erin version B model is the largest model at 1390 sq. ft. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage. There are five Erin cottages in the community. The location of this cottage can be found on the site plan page.​

Branda Madrid, from Swanky Interiors, has chosen materials and finished the renderings on the #6 Erin. The interior is stunning with a mixed modern farmhouse theme with coastal finishes. The living room has a Jotul fireplace, bay window, and built in cabinetry. The kitchen showcases shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and white solid surface countertops.
