The site plan for Old Town Cottages West includes ten cottages, with four different floor plans, centered around a common space. The cottages are strategically placed maximizing privacy and southern exposure for each unit.  The cottages and common storage building are all centered around a green space where residents can gather. The common building will include mailbox access as well as a place for the community to store shared items like gardening tools, ladders, etc. Each cottage will also have access to its own storage unit, that will be located on site.
