#8 Erin
The Erin version B model is the largest model at 1390 sq. ft. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage. There are five Erin cottages in the community. The Erin #8 is a mirrored version of this floor plan. The location of this cottage can be found on the site plan page.
Branda Madrid, from Swanky Interiors, has chosen materials and finished the renderings on the #8 Erin. The interior is stunning with a mixed modern farmhouse theme with coastal finishes. The living room has a Jotul fireplace, bay window, and built in cabinetry. The kitchen showcases white shaker upper cabinets and blue shaker lower cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and white solid surface countertops.
